Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of receipt where the products are in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Read through our Return Policy below to ensure your Return meets our requirements.
  • Complete the Returns Form to submit your request.
  • We will reply within 5 business days confirming your returns request and next steps.
  • Please return the items via trackable and secure postage to The Haze return address provided.
  • Once received, we will process your refund or credit note and notify you via email, on condition that returns policy requirements are met.

Please note: Shipping costs of returns are covered by the customer. We offer free domestic standard shipping on returns for full price items that take a credit note. If your return has been denied or you are having difficulty with submission, please contact us at: hello@thehaze.com.au

RETURN CONDITION

Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed with original tags attached. If the merchandise is returned despite these conditions, your return will be void and sent back to you at an additional charge.

The item is not subject to the exclusions listed below.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a full refund or credit, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer, when returned within 30 days from your delivery date. 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All items purchased as part of a promotional sale are eligible for a store credit only. Promotional sales include flash sales and promotional days such as AfterPay Day.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items that have been marked as “Final Sale”, have a strict no refunds, exchange or credit note policy unless the item/s are deemed faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are checked and hand packed, so we would hope you never received a faulty item. However, in the rare event that this may occur, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We require your order number, images of the fault and a small description emailed to hello@thehaze.com.au.

REFUNDS

Item/s must be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Shipping costs of returns are covered by the customer unless a credit note has been selected in the return of a full priced item. Only items that have been lodged through our returns system and then approved will be accepted. Processed back to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked. We recommend that you return items via a trackable method, as The Haze is not responsible for or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.

EXCHANGES

Please note we do not offer exchanges. If you need an alternative size, please go ahead and order another size.

CREDIT NOTES

Item/s must be returned within 30 days from delivery date. We offer free domestic standard shipping on returns for full price items that take a credit note. Customers returning promotional items for a credit note will need to cover the shipping costs of the returned merchandise. Only items that have been lodged through our returns system and confirmed will be accepted.

Credit notes are valid for 2 years.

PRE ORDERS

Please refer to the ship date listed in the product description. All orders that include items that are not on pre-order: These items will be shipped together on the date the complete order is ready to ship. If you would like your in stock items sent before the complete order is ready to ship, we recommend ordering items separately

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet or follow our returns policy and procedures.
